I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of extensive experience working with individuals. I believe in people’s resilience and wisdom, and their ability to transform and heal from whatever has caused them a need to seek help. Throughout my career I have been truly amazed by the courage and growth that I have witnessed. I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.

I offer a strength based eclectic psychotherapy created by the needs of each client. I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach to therapy. I value each individual's own wisdom, self-determination, capacities and intuition which contributes and shapes each person’s own version of therapy.

Struggles are inherent to being human. Life circumstances, whether internal or external, can become a consuming struggle and lead you away from your most hoped for self. Together, we collaborate to sort out the complexities and struggles that life can bring. This possibly can lead to unlearning past ways of coping that don’t serve you anymore while accepting all parts that have helped you endure and persevere through your past. I offer useful coping skills to enhance and support emotional regulation, improved self care and management of distress. New learning can lead to improved self care and healthier ways of thinking, believing and coping.

Together, we collaborate to sort out the complexities and struggles that life can bring. This possibly can lead to unlearning past ways of coping that don’t serve you anymore while accepting all parts that have helped you endure and persevere through your past. I offer useful coping skills to enhance and support emotional regulation, improved self care and management of distress. New learning can lead to improved self care and healthier ways of thinking, believing and coping.

Virtual therapy sessions.


Therapy sessions last approximately 45 minutes for an individual session and approximately 90 minutes for an initial evaluation. All sessions take place on a confidential HIPAA compliant and encrypted web based platform. Appointments are scheduled together in advance.

An approach that promotes resilience, healing and the development and strengthening of coping skills recognizing the effects of past or recent trauma.

A focus and emphasis on learning to explore and evaluate thoughts, feelings and behaviors, with the underlying idea that they are all connected, ultimately changing unhelpful thought patterns.

A collaborative and goal oriented style of therapy where clients explore ambivalence around change in an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion.

A process that supports learning a way to see the world shaped by a non-judgmental awareness of your present moment experience, using the breath as an anchor.

An approach which helps to uncover, heal and befriend all parts of the self by changing, or re-arranging, the dynamics of parts of the internal self.
